Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe
This crock pot potato soup recipe is relaxing and fullfilling.
A nice cheesy, thick and creamy potato soup that takes little to no effort to make.

INGREDIENTS COOKWARE
| 6 Red Potatoes ( 1/2" Cubes)
1 Chopped small Yellow Onion
2 Diced Carrots
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
2 Sliced Leeks (White Part Only)
2 Stalks Celery, Chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Can Cream of Celery
1/8 C. Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 C. Half & Half
1 Can Cream of Cheddar Soup
4 C. Chicken Broth |
Food Processor or Anything that will Mince
Ladle
Dry measuring cups & spoons
Liquid measuring cup
Crock Pot or Slow Cooker
Knife
Pearing Knife

Preparing your Crockpot Potato Soup Recipe.
1. Peel and cube 6 red potatoes into 1/2" cubes.
2. Peel and dice 2 carrots and thinly slice 2 leeks (white part only).
3. Mince 2 garlic cloves and chop 1 small yellow onion and 2 stalks of celery.
4. Use a can opener to remove the tops to the cheddar cheese soup and cream of celery.
5. Finely chop about 1/8 cup fresh parsley.
Cooking your Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipes
Fill the bottom of your slow cooker with the potatoes and carrots.
Now add the Cream of celery and cheddar cheese soup.
Sprinkle the salt, pepper and parsley over the cheddar cheese soup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cover.
Turn the crockpot on low and cook for 8 hours
Check to see if its ready by testing a potato or carrot.
If you think it needs more time, cook it for another hour.
You can garnish it with a number of things like cheddar cheese, green onions, parsley or anything else you can think of.
