    2. De-seed and chop 1 large green pepper

    3. Open 2 cans of kidney beans.

    4. Peel the skin off 1 garlic clove and finely mince them.

    5. Open and cut the stewed tomatoes in the size you would like, DO NOT drain them, the juice will go in the chili.

    6. Rip the top off the 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.

    7. Brown 2 Lbs. Ground chuck and drain the grease.

    Cooking this Easy Chili Recipe

  • Add the juice from the stewed tomatoes and the tomato sauce.

  • Add the pepper, salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika and ground cumin.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients. If theres to much liquid you can add a small can of tomato paste to thicken it.

  • Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.

If you don't have that kind of time you can cook it on high for 5 to 6 hours BUT you get a much better flavor if you cook it on low.

You can add some Monteray jack to this easy chili recipe for a garnish if you like.
